• The initial meeting serves to determine client needs, wants and desires.  An assessment is completed on how space will be used and expectations on the interior design of the environment.
  • Determine goals for project. What are client likes, dislikes, existing space limitations and improvements.
  • Measurements, photographs of existing elements of design, i.e., furnishings, estate pieces, artwork, accessories.  Determine elements to remain or to be incorporated.
  • Discussions on budget considerations, fee structure and project timelines for project completion.
  • A project contract will be prepared outlining services required, fees and timelines for client review.
  • Approval of contract elements review, signature acceptance and any deposit fees will begin the interior design process.
  • Visual plan presentation.  A unique presentation that incorporates all ideas, colors and textures as well as sample materials, photos and drawings will guide the final design result.
  • Presentation may include; conceptual sketches, proposed floor plans, furniture suggestions, accessorizing, textiles, wall treatments, wall colors, window coverings, flooring, cabinetry, woodwork, appliances and other materials recommended for the final project.
  • Visualize.  In this step, clients will visualize their new distinct design and how their environment will come together.
  • Finalize selections. Client and designer will host several meetings to refine and determine final designs and selections to move forward to purchasing phases.
  • Preferred artisans. VISUELLE works closely with an array of the top industry partners to select appropriate furnishings that meet the client budget, timeline and functional requirements. Quotes are obtained to meet budget parameters.  
  • Options. Clients receive available furnishings options, design concept images and selection of finishes for selected furniture. Review meetings are hosted to make changes to proposed options and quotes in order to proceed to initiate furniture orders.
  • Final design plan approved. Once approved, a detailed quote itemizing all selections and costs is prepared.
  • Invoice signed. Once invoice is signed with deposits made, materials are ordered, contractors scheduled and the design process is set in motion.
  • Organizational management. Professional project management skills are utilized for up-to-the-minute project stewardship. Whether the client demands to be apprised at every step or prefers to allow VISUELLE to guide the project to finish, it is up to client preference as to how much or how little exchange of communication is warranted.
  • Professional installation. Professional installers will treat each environment with respect and utmost consideration under the direction of VISUELLE. Quality and integrity are scrutinized during each phase of design.
