Lauren Rossi is the principal and founder of Visuelle Design Group, a Scottsdale-based design and build studio devoted to creating homes of architectural precision, emotional warmth, and enduring beauty.
Born and raised in Scottsdale, Lauren blends her desert roots with an international perspective—designing spaces that balance structure, soul, and storytelling. A graduate of Arizona State University, summa cum laude, and alumna of Xavier College Preparatory, she brings over a decade of experience spanning interior design, construction management, and high-end residential development.
Lauren began her career with Eagle Luxury Properties and Mark Candeleria, later collaborating with leading Scottsdale builders. Today, her portfolio extends across Arizona, California, Nebraska, Washington, D.C., and Seattle, Washington—homes recognized for their refined restraint, bespoke detailing, and quiet confidence.
Her work reflects a reverence for both global artistry and discerning local craftsmanship. Lauren frequently designs custom furniture and commissions one-of-a-kind pieces from Scottsdale and Phoenix artisans, alongside collaborations with European makers. From bronze and brass pieces forged in Mexico City to Belgian contemporary art, Italian marble quarried in Carrara, and locally built millwork, every element is intentionally selected for its authenticity, origin, and soul.
